To authorize the Director of Finance and Management and Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the Division of Fire, to enter into a contract for the purchase of consumable supplies, and a preventative maintenance agreement, respectively, with Stryker Sales Corporation for Stryker Power Load Cots, and Bariatric Cots for use in daily emergency services and emergency medical services (EMS); to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $85,542.85 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
