To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into an advance-pay grant agreement with the Community Arts Project, Inc., DBA The King Arts Complex to provide financial support toward community programming, facility operations and maintenance; and to authorize the expenditure of $125,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Operating Fund.
