To authorize the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the Division of Support Services, to enter into contract with K.N.S. Services, Inc. for maintenance services for the Neighborhood Safety Cameras; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $100,000.00 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency.
