To authorize the Director of the Public Utilities Department to enter into a professional services contract with Patrick Engineering, Inc., for the Comprehensive Master Planning Consulting Services for the Division of Power project; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Electricity Bond Fund; to authorize an expenditure of up to $205,786.15 from the Electricity Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
