To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into contract with K.N.S. Services, Inc. for purchase, installation, maintenance and service of security cameras and related equipment in accordance with the sole source procurement provisions of Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $314,765.08 split among the Electricity, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Operating Funds.
