To authorize the Finance and Management Director to enter into four (4) Universal Term Contracts for the option to purchase Wearing Apparel with Midwest Graphics & Awards, Challenger Teamwear LLC, Nickleson Enterprises Limited and ROI Marketing Company Inc; and to authorize the expenditure of $4.00.
