To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management on behalf of the Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court to modify the existing contract with Dell Marketing LP for the support, hosting of the monthly Azure usage; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City code; to authorize the expenditure of $3,000.00 from the Municipal Court Clerk’s Computer Fund; and to declare an emergency.
