To authorize and direct the Administrative Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept a grant award from the Franklin County Office of Justice Policy & Programs to train probation staff; to appropriate $40,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the general government grant fund to the Franklin County Municipal Court Department of Probation and Pretrial Services for the purpose of staff training; and to declare an emergency.
