To authorize the Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire to accept a donation of labor, materials and supplies from CME Federal Credit Union to update the front lobby and gym (graduation) area of the Columbus Fire Division Training Academy by providing signage, furniture and paint; and to authorize a right of entry access upon city property to CME Federal Credit Union to provide the labor, materials and supplies contemplated by the donation; and to declare an emergency.
