To authorize the Director of the Office of Violence Prevention to enter into contract with the Community for New Direction Incorporation, for services related to the implementation of the 2025 Neighborhood Violence Intervention Program; to authorize the expenditure of $650,000.00 from General Fund; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Codes; and to declare an emergency.
