To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to modify a contract with Ricart Properties, Inc. for vehicle alignments and Ford OEM repairs from $260,000.00 to $310,000.00; to authorize the expenditure of an additional $50,000.00 from the Fleet Management Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
