To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a reimbursement agreement with the Franklin County Engineer’s Office to replace lead water lines in the Case Road area; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $365,000.00 from the Water Bond Fund.
