To authorize the Executive Director of the Mayor’s Office of Education to enter into a not-for-profit service contract with Future Ready Five to implement a comprehensive prenatal to age five strategy for activities related to the achievement of the Mayor’s goal that every child in Columbus is ready for kindergarten; and to authorize the expenditure of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00) from the General Fund.
