To authorize the Director of the Development Department to enter into a Not for Profit Service Contract with the Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County to facilitate the production of affordable housing and enhance home ownership opportunities in Columbus; to allow the reimbursement for expenditures prior to the issuance of the purchase order starting January 1, 2025; to authorize the expenditure of $2,502,000.00; and to declare an emergency.
