To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a professional architectural / engineering services agreement with BBCO Design LLC, for the City Facility Condition Assessments Phase 3 project; to authorize an expenditure of $600,000.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; and to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvements Budget.
