To authorize the Director of Development to enter a capital improvement grant agreement in an amount up to $1,266,571.25 with the Ohio History Society, dba, Ohio History Connection; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget to match cash for the grant; to appropriate funds within the Northland and Other Acquisitions Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,266,571.25 from the Northland and Other Acquisitions Bond Fund; to authorize the reimbursement of expenditures incurred prior to the establishment of a purchase order; and to authorize the advancement of funds on a predetermined schedule.
