To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to accept, and appropriate a grant from the Ohio Department of Aging in the amount of $24,535.00 to the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund for the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging in connection with the Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program; and to declare an emergency.
