To authorize and direct the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to make payments to Hanna Commercial, LLC, on behalf of the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, to modify and extend the current four-year building maintenance service contract for an additional six months; to authorize the expenditure of $225,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Code; and to declare an emergency.
