To authorize the Public Safety Director to accept a grant award from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio for 30 Division of Fire personnel to enroll in a Joint Hazard Assessment Team (JHAT) course, to appropriate $12,500.00 from the unappropriated balance of the General Government Grant Fund, to authorize the expenditure of up to $12,500.00 from the General Government Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
