To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with Community Shelter Board in an amount up to $11,556.68 to allow for the reimbursement of expenses incurred during the Transitional Housing Pilot Program in 2023; to authorize a transfer of $11,556.68 between object classes within the Administration Division; to authorize the expenditure of up to $11,556.68 from the 2025 General Fund Operating Budget; and to pay for expenses incurred before the purchase order was approved.
