To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with the Greater Columbus Irish Cultural Foundation, Inc. in support of the 2026 St. Patrick’s Day parade; and to authorize an expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund. ($20,000.00)
