To authorize the transfer of funds and appropriation between projects within the Refuse Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for Front Loader Box Refuse Truck replacement parts for the Division of Refuse Collection with Environmental Equipment Sales & Services Holdings LLC; to authorize the expenditure of up to $61,433.62 from the Refuse Bond Fund for these parts and installation; and to declare an emergency.
