To authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to appropriate funds within the Street, Construction, Maintenance, and Repair Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with G & G Concrete Construction, LLC for the ADA Ramp Projects - Citywide Curb Ramps 2025 project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,206,967.42 from the Street, Construction, Maintenance, and Repair Fund and the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
