To amend the 2025 Capital Improvements Budget; to authorize the Director of Public Service to make payment to the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission for administrative costs related to grants awarded to the City; to authorize the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $19,341.46 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Street Construction Maintenance and Repair Funds; and to declare an emergency.
