To authorize the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Ohio Department of Health for the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program in the amount of $7,396,219.00 and any additional funds; to authorize the appropriation of $7,396,219.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes; and to declare an emergency.
