To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with Danbert Electric Corporation for the Circuit #23 Street Lighting Improvements project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation within the Electricity Bond Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $474,862.47 for the project.
