To transfer maintenance responsibilities and control of 2636 East Fifth Avenue (CIP 010-045388) held in Land Bank from the Department of Development, Division of Real Estate and Land Redevelopment, to the Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of cash and appropriation with the General Permanent Improvement fund; to authorize the expenditure from the General Permanent Improvement Fund; and to declare an emergency.
