To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology, on behalf of the Civil Service Commission, to enter into a contract with Governmentjobs.com, Inc. (also known as NeoGov) for application hosting services; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $189,551.14 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund.
