To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Pummell Construction Services LLC for the Pedestrian Safety Improvements - TRR Sidewalk Replacement (2025 Tree Root) project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,157,724.21 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
