To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract with Strawser Paving Company Inc. for the removal and replacement of concrete for the Division of Water Reclamation, to authorize the transfer of $451,942.22 between object classes within the Sewer Operating Fund, and to authorize the expenditure of $451,942.22 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund.
