To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Franklin County Board of Commissioners in the amount of $2,600,000.00 for the Ben Franklin Tuberculosis Program; to authorize the appropriation of $2,600,000.00 and any additional funds from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund.
