To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to appropriate funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Complete General Construction Company for the Pedestrian Safety - Walford Street, Sharbot Drive, and Northtowne Boulevard Sidewalks project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,887,506.85 from the Streets and Highways Bond for the project; and to declare an emergency.
