To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a service contract with Benevate, LLC in an amount up to $19,000.00 to configure the financial assistance application software for the Resilient Housing Initiative; to waive the competitive bidding requirements of Columbus City Codes Chapter 329; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $19,000.00; to authorize expenses incurred prior to purchase order execution; and to declare an emergency.
