To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a construction contract with Good Home Maintenance, Inc. for the East Central Health Restroom Renovations project; in an amount up to $474,480.00; to authorize an appropriation of $457,919.43, a transfer of $457,919.43, and an expenditure up to $476,480.00 within the Neighborhood Health Center Capital Reserve Fund; to provide for payment of prevailing wage services to the Department of Public Service; and to amend the 2025 Capital Improvements Budget.
