To authorize the Finance and Management Director to enter into contract with the Greater Columbus Convention and Visitors Bureau, dba Experience Columbus, for destination marketing services to promote and publicize the City of Columbus as a desirable location for conventions, trade shows, and similar events; to authorize the expenditure of $14,736,000.00 from the Hotel/Motel Excise Tax Fund; to authorize the expenditure of funds for reasonable food and non-alcoholic beverage expenses; and to declare an emergency.
