To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to establish purchase orders with Sanofi-Pasteur, Inc., Pfizer, Inc., and Moderna US., Inc., for the purchase of vaccinations for Board of Health; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $200,000.00 from the Health Special Revenue Fund.
