To authorize the Director of Human Resources to enter into contract with The Ohio State University, on behalf of its Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute for cancer advocacy services for the term March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2029; to authorize an appropriation of $104,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Employee Benefits Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $104,000.00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the period of March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027 to pay the cost of said contract; and to declare an emergency.
