To authorize and direct the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to enter into the fourth year of a four-year contract with Avertest DBA Averhealth for monitoring services associated with the SCRAM; to authorize the expenditure of up to $225,000.00 for monitoring services from the electronic alcohol monitoring fund.
