To amend Ordinance No. 1797-2025, passed by Columbus City Council on July 14, 2025, to change the scope of the project and revise the amount of the authorized grant to $1,000,000.00; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer funds within the Development Taxable Bond Fund; to authorize the additional expenditure of up to $500,000.00 from the Development Taxable Bond Fund; and to allow expenses incurred prior to the creation of the purchase order.
