To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. for the Resurfacing - 2025 Project 2 project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $8,074,002.35 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
