To authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into a contract modification with CTL Engineering, Inc for the Roadway - Material Testing and Inspection 2024 project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $500,000.00 from the Private Construction Inspection Fund and the Construction Inspection Fund to pay for the contract; and to declare an emergency.
