To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with Dynamic Agility Sports, LLC to provide instruction and management of the Carriage Place Community Center Dynamic Agility Sports Camps; to authorize the expenditure of $110,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Operating Fund and to waive competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Code.
