To authorize the Director of Public Service to modify an existing service contract with LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC dba LAZ Parking Ltd., LLC (LAZ) for the provision of off-street parking management services; to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,600,000.00 from the Mobility Enterprise Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
