To authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into a contract modification with Ribway Engineering Group, Inc. in connection with the Bikeway-McNaughten Road - Main Street to Broad Street project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $900,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund to pay for the project; and to declare an emergency.
