NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare August 22, 2026 to be “Vera Mae Williams Threet Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare July 21, 2026 to be “Yvonne F. Brown Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

Resolution transferring the amount of twenty thousand seven hundred ninety-three dollars and seventy-three cents ($20,793.73) within the 2026 Operating Budget from City Council Districts Supplies, Postage to the Department of Finance Supplies, Postage to account for the cost of postage meter usage and stamps for the months of January through June.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare July 1, 2026 to be “Younger Brothers Bar Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

Ordinance amending and supplementing the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article V, Use Regulations, Chapter 911, Primary Uses, Section 911.04, Use Standards, Subsection A.41(b)(6), Multi-Suite Residential (General) in the UC-E District, is hereby amended to add a new Subsection, A.41(b)(6)(c). (Report & Recommendation sent to the Planning Commission on 7/22/26)

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare June 30, 2026 to be “Idella L. Michaels Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

Resolution approving the recommendation made by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure that the concrete portion of Allegheny Ave situated North of, and beginning at the intersection of N. Franklin Ave and ending at 1631 Allegheny Ave at the termination of this Northerly block, should be paved with asphalt in accordance with Section 417.06 of the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances.

Resolution authorizing the reappointment of Ashley Robinson, as Assistant City Clerk of the City of Pittsburgh, for a three year term to expire May 30, 2029.

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh City Code, Title I: Administrative, Article V: Legislation, Chapter 154 Records Management Division, by adding a new Section 154.03 Records Retention Schedules.

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title I: Administrative, Article IX: Boards, Commissions and Authorities, Chapter 179D: Records Management Advisory Commission, by repealing Chapter 179D in its entirety.

Resolution reappointing the Honorable Anthony Coghill as a board member of the Equipment Leasing Authority (ELA) for a term to expire on June 15, 2031.

Ordinance Directing the Allegheny County Board of Elections to place before the qualified voters of the City of Pittsburgh at the 2026 May Primary Election a referendum question, “Shall the Pittsburgh Home Rule Charter, Article Three, Legislative Branch, be amended by changing public hearing notice requirements to adjust the public hearing notice requirements in light of changes in the public's consumption of newspapers of general circulation and increased use of digital media?”

Ordinance directing the Allegheny County Board of Elections to place before the qualified voters of the City of Pittsburgh at the 2026 May Primary Election a referendum question, “Shall the Pittsburgh Home Rule Charter, Article Three, Legislative Branch, be amended by changing the budget approval rules to ensure timely passage at the end of legislative sessions?” (Public Hearing held 1/27/26)
