To authorize the Director of Columbus Water & Power to enter into a professional engineering services contract with Arcadis U.S., Inc. for the Towers Court Storm Sewer Improvement project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the appropriation of funds within the Storm Revolving Loan Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $495,975.14 from the Storm Revolving Loan Fund for the contract. To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Jobs Growth Incentive Agreement with FIS Management Services, LLC for a term of up to five (5) consecutive years in consideration of the company’s proposed expansion, the creation of one hundred (100) net new full-time permanent positions with an estimated annual payroll of approximately $6,085,000.00 and the retention of one-hundred twelve (112) full-time permanent positions with an estimated annual payroll of approximately $6,500,000.00 at the proposed Project Site.
