To recognize October as National Disability Employment Awareness Month in the City of Columbus.

To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3353.03, Permitted uses; 3370.05, Permitted uses; 3312.25, Maneuvering; and 3312.30, Parking in a driveway, of the Columbus City codes; for the property located at 6092 WESTBOURNE AVE. (43213), to allow multi-unit residential development with reduced development standards in the L-C-2, Limited Commercial District (Council Variance #CV26-062).

To set forth a statement of municipal services and zoning conditions to be provided to the area contained in a proposed annexation (AN26-018) of 1.949± Acres in Mifflin Township to the city of Columbus as required by the Ohio Revised Code and to declare an emergency. ($0.00)

To authorize the issuance of unlimited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $43,710,000.00 for recreation and parks-related projects; and to declare an emergency. ($43,710,000.00)

To authorize the issuance of unlimited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $60,040,000.00 for public service-related projects; and to declare an emergency. ($60,040,000.00)

To authorize the issuance of unlimited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $53,245,000.00 for neighborhood development-related projects; and to declare an emergency. ($53,245,000.00)

To authorize the issuance of unlimited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $89,890,000.00 for public utility-related projects; and to declare an emergency. ($89,890,000.00)

To authorize the issuance of limited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,970,000.00 for construction management-related projects; and to declare an emergency. ($7,970,000.00)

To authorize the issuance of limited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,800,000.00 for fleet management-related projects; and to declare an emergency. ($5,800,000.00)

To authorize the issuance of limited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,500,000.00 for information services-related projects; and to declare an emergency. ($5,500,000.00)

To authorize the issuance of unlimited tax general obligation bonds, in one or more series, in an amount not to exceed $682,395,000.00 for the purpose of providing funds to refund certain outstanding general obligation bonds of the City; and to declare an emergency. ($682,395,000.00)

To authorize the issuance of limited tax general obligation bonds, in one or more series, in an amount not to exceed $35,835,000.00 for the purpose of providing funds to refund certain outstanding general obligation bonds of the City; and to declare an emergency. ($35,835,000.00)

To authorize the City Clerk to enter into an advance payment grant agreement with United Way of Central Ohio, Inc., a not-for-profit entity, in support of Thanksgiving Back 2026; to authorize the expenditure of $20,000.00 within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; to authorize the expenditure of funds for the payment of reasonable food and non-alcoholic beverage expenses; and to declare an emergency ($20,000.00)

To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with Kingdom Image Arts, a not-for-profit entity, in support of their Family Fun programming; to authorize the expenditure of $20,000.00 within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; to authorize the expenditure of funds for the payment of reasonable food and non-alcoholic beverage expenses; and to declare an emergency. ($20,000.00)

To authorize the Director of Columbus Water & Power to enter into a construction contract with Kenmore Construction Co., Inc. for the Jackson Pike Water Reclamation Plant Screening Improvements project; to authorize the appropriate and expenditure of $15,910,000.00 within the Sanitary Revolving Loan Fund to pay for the contract; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund to pay the Department of Public Service for prevailing wage services. ($15,912,000.00)

To authorize the Director of Columbus Water & Power to modify and increase the contract with Ascension Construction Solutions, LLC for the Jackson Pike Water Reclamation Plant Screening Improvements project; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; to appropriate funds within the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $1,964,818.35 from the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund to pay for the project.($1,964,818.35)

To authorize the Director of the Department of Building and Zoning Services to enter into contract with Touchstone IQ LLC for software licensing, maintenance, and technical services in accordance with the provisions of sole source procurement of Columbus City Codes; and to authorize an expenditure from the Development Services Fund. ($55,740.00)

To authorize the City Attorney, on behalf of the Director of Columbus Water and Power, to enter into a settlement agreement with Heiberger Paving, Inc. for asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, & patch and repair work period and related terms involving pervious pavement located at 7714 Sunbury Road. ($0.00)
