To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire, to establish purchase orders for labor, material, supplies, and equipment in conjunction with the purchase of office furniture, system furniture, or other space planning and configuration needs for the Division of Fire Training Academy; to authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement with Workspace Ohio LLC, DBA Dupler Office; to authorize the expenditure of $108,033.14 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency. Appointment of Zachary Woodruff, Chief Real Estate Development Officer, Columbus State Community College, 550 E. Spring Street, Columbus, OH 43215, to serve on the RiverSouth Development Authority Board of Trustees as a citizen member with a term expiration date of June 22, 2025, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a new citizen member is duly appointed or elected to serve for the remainder of such term. To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to modify an existing contract with vCloud Tech Inc. for Absolute annual software maintenance and support services for the city's Absolute mobility solution and software licenses; to authorize the expenditure of up to $81,110.00 from the Department of Technology Information Services Operating Budget; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with the United Way of Central Ohio, Inc., in support of the African American Leadership Academy; and to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund. ($20,000.00)

To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with S.G. Loewendick and Sons, Inc. for the Facility Demolition 2024 Project; to authorize the transfer of $35,843.08 within the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; to authorize the amendment of the 2024 Capital Improvements Budget; to authorize the expenditure of $209,700.00 from the Recreation and Parks Special Purpose Fund and Voted Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency. Reappointment of Lark Mallory, Mallory Economic Development Advisors, to serve on the RiverSouth Development Authority Board of Trustees as a citizen member with a new term expiration date of June 22, 2026, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a new local government representative member is duly appointed or elected to serve for the remainder of such term.(résumé attached)

To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with Proline Electric, Inc. for the Lighting Improvements 2023-2024 Project; to authorize the transfer of $326,625.55 within the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; to authorize the amendment of the 2024 Capital Improvements Budget; to authorize the expenditure of $1,002,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Office of Real Estate Management, to establish purchase orders for labor, material, supplies, and equipment in conjunction with the purchase or rental of office furniture, system furniture, or other space planning and configuration needs for City Departments; to authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement with Workspace Ohio LLC, DBA Dupler Office; to authorize the appropriation, transfer, and expenditure of $330,000.00 from the General Permanent Improvement Fund; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; and to declare an emergency. To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Franklin County Board of Commissioners in the amount of $2,600,000.00 for the FY25 Ben Franklin Tuberculosis Program; to authorize the appropriation of $2,600,000.00 and any additional funds from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize and direct the City Attorney to settle all claims with Brianne Schell; to authorize the Board of Health to expend Sixty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($60,000.00) in settlement of the claims; to authorize a transfer from the General fund to the Health Special Revenue Fund; to authorize an increase of appropriation within the Health Special Revenue fund to provide for the settlement of all claims with Brianne Schell; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into a contract with William E. Munson Company dba Munson Boats for the purchase of a Work Boat for the Division of Water; and to authorize the expenditure of $255,453.00 from the Land Stewardship Fund. ($255,453.00)
