To authorize and direct the Director of Building and Zoning Services to accept a grant from, and enter into reimbursement grant agreements with the University of Cincinnati using funds from the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Resilient and Efficient Code Implementation (RECI) program for the development of efficient codes, including the creation of statewide Building Performance Standards; to authorize an appropriation in the General Government Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Board of Health to enter into contract with Crosby’s Drugs, Inc., pharmaceutical distribution services for the period January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025; to waive the competitive bidding requirements; to authorize the expenditure of $110,000.00 from the Health Department Grants Fund to pay the costs thereof; and to declare an emergency. To amend Ordinance 1848-2024, passed July 15, 2024, to correct the entity to which the extinguishment and transfer of 0.084 acres of right-of-way known as Zettler Street from Bluestone Brothers Capital LLC to Rico 199 LLC; and declare an emergency. ($0.00)

To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Trucco Construction Company, Inc. for the Operation Safewalks - School Sidewalks - Refugee (Noe Bixby to Blue Moon) project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $4,326,903.98 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency. ($4,326,903.98)

To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a service contract with Feasibility Research Group Ohio, LLC in an amount up to $61,529.00 to produce a Housing Market Analysis Services report; to authorize the appropriation of $61,529.00; to authorize the expenditure of $61,529.00; and to declare an emergency.
